I am not an outing guy or someone who goes out at night often. I can actually count how many times I have been out at night say for parties and drinkups. The few times I have been out has not been fun-filled with lots of excitement. It is at night that you hear a lot of music, see fancy cars and lots of women. A worrying trend these days is the way and manner in which underage boys and girls or teenagers flood our drinking bars and pubs. A visit to a popular pub last night showed a lot of these teenagers drinking alcohol and ranting afterwards. I was shocked to see teenage girls drinking and smoking freely as if there was no tomorrow. I even saw some guys engaging in flirtatious and suspicious acts with some girls because they seem tipsy. Questions begun to flush through my mind. Who owns these kids and why would a parent allow his or her kid to be out in the streets at night especially after 10p.m. Why will bar attendants and pub owners entertain kids and teenagers at that ungod

Under the new policy it is legal for adult use, regulated like alcohol and heavily taxed. First day, January 1 saw massive queuing at various shops and malls where marijuana is sold. I was surprised to see so may teenagers and even adults struggling to make their way through the thick crowd just to get the drug. Reports since then hasn't been encouraging at all. I knew such a thing was going to happen. People are dying out of drug overdose. It's been reported that 37 people are dead and many more are lying in various hospitals and medical facilities clinging onto life in emergency rooms.
